Quick-Lock Point Repair System

Quick-Lock is a strictly mechanical spot repair system for the partial repair on the inner pipe. It is applicaple in common sewage, well and potable water lines. Key to this system is its patented locking mechanism, which, once locked gives the sleeve its structural strength and presses the rubber gasket against the inner pipe wall.

Reasons for damage
In most cases the pipes are damaged by inadequate sealings, tectonics and the strain by dynamic traffic. We logically constructed QUICK-LOCK durably flexible.

Statics
By using QUICK-LOCK-gaskets the pipe's stability is absolutely reconstructed. This was ascertained by static calculations as well as detailed test series.

Requirements
To place the QUICK-LOCK-gaskets, you only need a camera, a small compressor and the Quick-Lock packer.

Advantages of this system:
Completely mechanical bracing, no additional chemical products as glues, laminates or resins are necessary. Therefore independent from any reaction time. The patented Quick-Lock-system guarantees a reliable compression of the duroplastic sealing. It is a traditional sealing concept, which has been approved thousands of times.

The materials used:
V4A-high-grade steel and EPDM rubber are successfully proved in the construction of pipes and sewage for decades.

Universal:
The only system which is suitable for all types of pipes.

Quality:
V4A-high-grade steel (basic material 1.4571) nearly unlimited stable. Duroplastic EPDM-rubber element designs a long service life, updated to the state of sealing technology in the pipeline construction field. QUICK-LOCK-gaskets are available in diameters ranging from 6" up to 28"; and in lengths ranging from 16” - 20”. Extra sizes, especially for plastic pipes with different internal diameters and for the rehabilitation of pressure pipes, are available on request.
